  • Abstract
    Considering the weakness of unilateral economic development of traditional technology innovation, this paper takes Ecological Technology Innovation (ETI) for recycled economy as the object, then it analyses the differences between ETI and Traditional Technology Innovation(TTI), based on the characters of ecological technology innovation, the paper designs the innovation system which contains principal part, operating mechanism and symbiosis network. After discussing, it finds that the principal part of innovation can not be single one but multielement, in which enterprise is the core with the support of government, college, institute and the public. According to this, it builds the operating system including control, driving and promoting mechanism, and also builds the innovation symbiosis network with the theory of ecological symbiosis.
