Abstract :
The efficiency of technological innovation is determined by successful integration of enterprise knowledge resources. Through the analysis of knowledge integration in technological innovation, the most effective way of integrating explicit knowledge is transforming them into the instructions and rules in enterprise in this paper. Instruction model of the enterprise technological innovation, coordination mechanism model based on shared knowledge and knowledge sharing model based on situation is analyzed in the paper.
