Abstract :
The task solution of complex technological optimization of MMIC is considered as an interrelated choice of a probability of given functions fulfillment in a group of MMIC within time, acceptable deviations of output electric parameters (setting indices), a probability of output yields and guaranteed resource of a consignment and individual samples of MMIC in framework of existing technologies. In order to account correlation links in MMIC design the elements of technological inheritance theory are used.
