Research on the Current Situation of Knowledge Organization in Small and Medium Private Enterprises

Nowadays, foreign countries have entered the co-development stage of knowledge organization theory and practice. In the aspect of the practice of enterprise knowledge organization, there is clear gap between the domestic and overseas. In the era of knowledge economy, accelerating the development of domestic enterprise knowledge organization becomes the most urgent course in enhancing the competitive power and realizing enterprise value-added. Through the questionnaire survey integrated with the interview, this paper makes analysis and contrast on the knowledge organization between Wuxi AX Machinery Equipment Factory and Nanjing CM Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. Then it obtains the preliminary deduction of the condition of Chinese small and medium-sized private enterprise´s knowledge organization. Based on this deduction, this paper offers some proposals to the above two enterprises as well as the domestic small and medium-sized private enterprise.
