Abstract :
The problem on the interaction between the electromagnetic waves and the plane layer of a biisotropic composite material made of resistive fibers in the form of few-coil helices is solved. The influence of different parameters that characterize the composite on the reflective properties of the layer examined, located on a metallic plane, is examined.
