    The author demonstrates that is is possible to control the parameters of a DCG production process to achieve volume production of performance HOEs at a commercially viable level. HOEs have been produced by use in advanced head-up display systems for fighter aircraft. The principle outlined can also be applied to a wide range of HOE applications
