  • Abstract
    The influence of intermediated Ag layer on structural transformations in nanodimensional Fe50Pt50(15 nm)/Ag(x nm)/Fe50Pt50(15 nm)/ SiO2(100 nm)/Si(001) (where x - 0 nm, 3 nm, 30 nm) film compositions (NFC) and their magnetic properties after annealing in vacuum was studied.
