A web services based framework for RFID bike rental business solutions

Radio frequency identify (RFID) is one of technology to facilitate ubiquitous environment. For the ubiquitous environment, it is necessary to model a RFID information framework where based on network. A web service is a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) that can achieve the purpose. Use the web services by internet; enterprise will exchange information quickly and easy. And enterprise could strategy alliances with different class of businesses. Create an information system and a platform is easy, but it is difficult to deploy when use RFID. Because RFID advantages is also RFID disadvantages. So to avoid the problem make a well process of business is important before the system development. This paper is a practical case study that uses RFID in bike rental, and address a method to realize.
