Abstract
Summary form only given. We present the experimental demonstration of THz imaging performed at low-temperatures. The experimental setup allows the spatially resolved analysis of THz properties at temperatures down to 10 K. The setup is used for analyzing high- temperature superconductor thin films where THz spectroscopy has been demonstrated provide fundamental and technological information.
