Abstract :
A cryogenically-cooled, Yb-doped YLF chirped-pulse regenerative amplifier with an output pulse energy of 107 mJ was obtained at a 10-Hz repetition rate. To our knowledge, this is the highest energy Yb-doped solid-state regenerative amplifier.
