Abstract :
Metro emergency management (MEM) is a kind of systemic and complex work and it needs synergic supports from all kinds of organizations, the links between which are the distribution of information. A differential model of the dynamic process was put forward and corresponding efficiency was studied with numerical simulation. The research results indicated that the dynamic process of information distribution in the network is of great importance for the emergency management.
