Abstract
The core competence is the essence of knowledge. The paper explains the business concept of innovation and core competencies, and describes the two organizational learning and knowledge management process and the process of the formation of core competence where organizational learning is a key factor in the formation of core competence, and organizational matching is an important part of business to pay attention. Core business capabilities are to enhance organizational learning, and organizational structures match the core competencies for their own.
