Abstract
This paper empirically explores strategic interactions between service integrator and customer, and the role of product service and integrated service on interpartner legitimacy based on capability approach and institutional legitimacy theories. The result shows that strategic interactions between service integrator and customers have significant influence on interpartner legitimacy in service supply chain, especially integrated service mediate between strategic interaction and interpartner legitimacy, while product service has little effect on interpartner legitimacy.
