Abstract :
This paper proposes a novel method to implement a compact size PC-Bused Waveform Analyzer with sampling frequency 30 MHz which can be extended to 200 MS/sec. The main feature of this novel method is the use of FPGA, which enables us to handle high frequency data rates. Moreover high level of integration has been reached Sofmare was developed to display waveforms, signal harmonic components, and data processing.
