Abstract :
Currently, Many hospitals have established their own EMR systems. Under the trend of Internet globalization, how to integrate and share heterogeneous EMR has become one of the main problems that medical information construction faces. This paper uses grid data integration middleware-OGSA-DAI to eliminate the heterogeneity among EMR systems, discusses data integration process using OGSA-DAI and how to extend OGSA-DAI to meet the specific needs aiming at the EMR data source, and presents the model of EMR data integration and access based on OGSA-DAI. The model proposed effectively gets rid of the differences among EMR systems, and achieves sharing data.
