Abstract :
The sense of mining progress was analyzed. The model of production function considering mining technical progress and mining condition of coal bed was proposed. The growth equation and the production function were deduced when the two factors were considered. The research indicates that mining technical progress has a great effect on the output of mine enterprise when mining technology develops promptly. The effect of mining technical progress should be considered when the output of coal enterprise is evaluated.
