Abstract :
A concurrent dual-band low noise amplifier (LNA) for GSM1800 and wireless LAN applications is presented in this paper. The LNA is designed based on CSM (chartered semiconductor manufacturing) 0.25 μm CMOS technology, which has better integration feasibility as well as lower cost compared with GaAs technology.
