Abstract :
Most of the manufacturing industry is the continuum production lines after fractionize the number of processes. To such a breakdown operation, the time of every process, whatever in theory or in reality, are not identical. Then the unbalance is bound to exist between the processes, line balance propose means and methods to address these issues. It averages the operating time for the processes, and at the same time to research into the operation, to determine the operating time, and to make production lines smooth linkage. This thesis applies the production lines balance to the paint shop to manage the bottom of the gluing body section scenically, to improve the efficiency of the balance, using of the busywork research and the time determination by industrial engineering and scientific operations analysis.
