Abstract :
In this paper, a geographic information system (GIS) technique is applied for the collection and analysis of radar clutter signals to acquire the information of clutter background corresponding to each scanning area. All factors related to the features of radar echo are combined to a database according to their situation in space; functions of the database include organizing, managing, examining, analyzing and assisting decision output
