Abstract

The model of EPC has been used in our construction industry for 20 years. In the bidding of the practical EPC, the prequalification is usually realized by the traditional procedure and method, which need complicated calculation and implementation process. On the basic process of EPC prequalification tender, this article develops the system of prequalification tender by means of Excel VBA, determines the preliminary indicator system according to the characteristics of EPC, constructs the design of expert index weight, consistency test and index score module in excel through using the principle of AHP, realizes the data linkage, and improves the efficiency and reliability of prequalification tender.
