Abstract :
The microwave plasma torch at atmospheric pressure with a power supply of 600 watts for food industry is designed. The calculation, optimization, tuning and investigation of a cavity of the working chamber plasma torch are conducted. Experimental investigation of microwave plasma torch is performed.
