Abstract :
This paper deals with nonlinear dynamic circuits, containing MOS transistors driven by DC voltage and current sources, having multiple equilibrium points. The problem of identification of asymptotically stable equilibrium points is considered in detail. A very simple method is developed enabling us to state asymptotic stability of some equilibrium points on the basis of DC analysis only. Two numerical examples illustrate the proposed approach
