Abstract :
The description of the experimental setup is given for investigation of the autodyne UHF oscillators implemented using the module NI-9205 of company National Instruments consisting of the platform DAQ-9172, providing the connection via USB interface with PC for signal processing with the help of the virtual instrument created in LabView 8.6. Results of the experimental investigations of the oscillating module of 8mm-range "Tigel-08" manufactured on the hybrid-integrated technology on the basis of the two-mesa Gunn diode stabilized by the reflection from the external high-Q resonator are discussed.
