A Study on Optimizing the Program of the Network Organization´s Joint Decision Making

The key to optimizing the program of the network organization´s joint decision-making is to study the synergistic effect created for the network organization´s members by the program, and the maximized synergistic effect created for the network organization´s members becomes the principle to select the program of the network organization´s joint decision-making. The paper constructs the evaluation index system of the program of the network organization´s joint decision-making from the impact of both the size of synergistic effect and the ratio of synergistic effect, describes the group decision-making method based on the fuzzy evaluation and uses the method to optimize the program of a specific network organization´s joint decision-making.
