Abstract
With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the transaction scale of C2C network platform has experienced continuous growth, at the same time, the network shopping environment also makes an quick improvement, but it is still a common phenomenon for network transactions moral hazards events such as network fraud, product defects occurring, so the issue how to explore and make a control on moral hazards of online shopping is of great practical significance. The following paper is trying to analyze principal-agent relationship between dealers of online shopping using the principal-agent theory, and establish a decision model for the level of sellers´ shipping guarantee and a decision model for the level of buyers´ claim submitting against fake and shoddy, make a research on affecting factors of moral hazards, and also come up with measures for management of moral hazards during network transactions.
