Abstract

Weaving ERP should not only support the management of production plan and material control which the manufacturing industry altogether has, but should also meet the unique management needs of the weaving industry. On the basis of the current situation and characteristics of weaving ERP, this paper studies the module design and the functional structure of the ERP in details, in addition, gives some constructive advices on the implementation of ERP in weaving enterprises. Weaving enterprise should consider its own characteristics, put the emphasis on business operations and production management, and take ERP as core of information systems in order to improve production efficiency and integrated management level.
