To 75th anniversary of professor Brzhezinskiy Vladislav Adamovich

From 1962 to 1964 — graduate student of physics department of Moscow State University. In 1965 defended a candidate thesis in physics and mathematics. From 1964 to 1972 occupied a position of a leading engineer and then a laboratory chief in a scientificresearch institute «Sapphire» of Ministry of Electronics Industry. From 1972 to 1987 worked as a senior research assistant and then as a laboratory chief in Scientific-Research Institute of Devices of Ministry of Secondary Machine Building. He was involved in the investigations of influence of ionization radiation on semiconductor devices and in 1982 he passed Ph.D thesis in Engineering.
