Abstract
Reports the results of the attenuation measurements made during the first year of the measurement programme. In addition to the satellite measurements concurrent 12, 20 and 30 GHz radiometric sky noise measurements, made along the Olympus satellite slant-path, and on-site rainfall rate measurements were carried out and the results of these measurements are also presented
