Abstract
We discuss a dispersion-managed non-birefringent type-II quasi-phase-matched (QPM) aluminum-gallium-arsenide (AlGaAs) waveguide, achieving 22.4 dB gain with plusmn0.5 dB uniformity across 334 nm-band centered at 1550 nm with 17 mW pump power.
