Abstract
The traditional supply chain management focuses on processing and transaction of the product. Today supply chain management are trying to meet the market requirement fast, enhance the market competition competence with supply chain integration technology and create more values and the profit. Supply chain integrated management is a effective management strategy and the method which global many companies apply it to reduce each kind of element of certainty the influence, raise the customer service level, enhance company competitive power In this article, the framework of supply chain which include resource integration, market integration, information integration and organization integration are discussed. The structure model and value model of supply chain integration are described in detail.
