Abstract :
In the knowledge economy, enterprise knowledge management has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. As an important business tool to upgrade and maintain knowledge management, knowledge management system is being more and more attention. In this paper, the characteristics of the Web2.0 were analyzed. For the existing problems in the current Knowledge management system, a Web2.0-based Knowledge Management model and the associated components of the model were analyzed.
