Research on Digital Urban Management System of Gulou District of Nanjing

Digital urban management is a significant breakthrough in the application domain of digital city technique in China. The technique of digital urban management lays the foundation for highly efficient urban management, but realization of high efficiency depends on the establishment of urban management system that adapts to digital urban management. On the basis of analyzing digital urban management in China, this paper takes Gulou district of Nanjing City as an example, and elaborates the basic condition of digital urban management system. Making innovations in digital management technique plays a fundamental decisive role for system creation, and making innovations in management system is the decisive strength for promoting technical creation.
