Abstract
This study will draw on knowledge-based view to explore how different organizational culture (e.g., power distance, individualism-collectivism, and uncertainty avoidance) impacts innovation for Chinese firms. As results, high uncertainty avoidance and power distance will negatively impact firms´ innovation, and high collectivism will positively impact firms´ innovation. This study fills up extent theoretical gaps and makes important managerial implications.
