Abstract :
Ash Grove Cement Company´s Maintenance Excellence Process (MEP) is a multi-site, Enterprise Reliability Strategy (ERS) that is 10 years in the making. This paper discusses the initial MEP vision, the MEP objectives, the organizational structure behind the implementation, the major subjects covered during the implementation, lessons learned, and the ultimate impact on the bottom line of the company.
