We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Knowledge management (KM) has been abroad researched and applied. KM should be based on literatures in related fields. However, KM still suffers from a lack of integration with project management. This paper focus on the KM perspective, further analyzes the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) structure, and educes four knowledge taxonomies in two dimensions: endogenesis explicit knowledge, endogenesis tacit knowledge, exogenous explicit knowledge, and exogenous tacit knowledge. Finally the paper finds the conversion paths in accordance with firm development, providing a knowledge management approach.
