Abstract :
Technical learning takes an important place in the management of enterprise technical innovation. There are two modes of technical learning - internal learning and external learning, and advanced enterprise have accumulated abundant experience in technical learning. As the new player of international market competence, Chinese enterprise should pay more attention to adopting informal technical learning mode in the process of enterprise technical innovation internationalization.
