Abstract
In order to get more information and improve classification precision of the cell, the paper chooses several typical blood cells as main study objects, and sets up the related optical phase models. Then, according to the optical interference theory and related experimental parameters choosing, the VirtualLab imitation system is applied to design relevant modules to get the phase distributions of these blood cells. The paper shows that different cells have different phase distributions after unwrapping of these phase distributions, which provides preferable theoretic basis and technical support for improving the inspecting precision of the blood cells.
