  • Abstract
    The traditional development of 3D Web-GIS Applications is mainly based on the COM component of GIS software, which provides 3D visualization library and client-sever software architectures. This development method is still not sufficient in supporting the remote management of 3D pipelines because the client and the server involved in the process may require a frequent, two-way communication as well as an intuitive visualization of modeling results. In this paper we propose a solution to Web 3D pipeline management system which provides convenience of operation, exactness of position and rapidness of update for the road sight in the Web context. We realize Web-based interactive visualization for 3D pipelines management system using Ajax3D.
