Abstract :
Multi-pass external cavity doubling of OPSL for 244 nm in BBO crystal is demonstrated. Conversion efficiency increases in 18 and 7 times with narrow and broad linewidths, respectively, for 4 pass resonant doubling compared to one-pass conversion.
