Abstract :
At present, the electronic document in Intranet is not flexible enough in use. We cannot authorize different paragraphs of one document to different persons in file system. Furthermore, there are two security requirements of e-document: (a) The inadvertent disclosure of the commercial confidential information by legal user causes enormous losses. (b) Once the commercial confidential information is stolen, there is a lack of the file accessing history for tracing. To satisfy these requirements, we propose the concept of "File View" which is used the mechanism of database view for reference. We divide the files in file system into logical blocks. A file view is a set of logical blocks of different files through multi-layered mapping as database view. By this way, users can access the content of files more flexibly. Then, we define access control of the body and the content of file view respectively to strengthen security of the file accessing. Finally, we suggest to record effective processes of files and file views which for further reinforcing the security of the file system. Once commercial confidential information is stolen, we can trace the transfer path of files and locate the hidden trouble in Intranet for reducing the losses as much as possible.
