Abstract :
Researchers have done many studies on the low performance of information system development (ISD), requirement uncertainty, user interaction, personal conflict as well as IS performance has become focus. Previous literature has mentioned the importance of the above four, but empirical studies are handful. This paper attempts to summarize the relationships among them through empirical research, providing a reference to IS management.
