  • Abstract
E-learning is different from traditional face-to-face education because it neither requires the teacher or the student to be in the same place, and often, not at the same time. This is accomplished is through digital technologies. This paper discusses e-learning with network technology as a teaching tool for college students. With the rapid development of Internet, network technology plays a more and more important role in education. E-learning is on easy and intuitive handling of the various network technology controls and can be widely used in different places. E-learning programs currently available come in a variety of formats and delivery methods. The e-learning environment and system is an ideal setting to promote greater involvement in mental capacities. Slightly more emphasis can be given to incorporating assignments that require synthesis of and making judgments on course-related materials. With the application of network technology, the e-learning will be more efficient for college students in higher education.
