In this paper, the bio-electrochemistry mechanism of the microbes in the dairy is analyzed, we construct the bio-sensor of the conduction micro-current with the oxidation- reduction reaction between the strong oxidation pole and the extra coenzyme, devise the quick-quantitative testing instrument. Compared with the traditional method of plate cultivating germs, this method is more quickly, conveniently, timely.
