Abstract
A circuit named switched LNA which plays both the role of a low noise amplifier and a sampling circuit is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate an improvement of 20 dB on signal-to-spurious ratio. The proposed circuit occupies a smaller area and consumes less power than the conventional circuit.
