After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper is presented the short-term forecast of system marginal price Based on artificial neural network and the important issues of design of artificial neural network are discussed. At the same time, structure and errors of artificial neural network are established. The result proves that the artificial neural network is effective for solving the short-term forecast of system marginal price.
