Abstract :
zirconate titanate(PMnN-PZT) piezoelectric ceramics dependence of the lead manganese-niobate (PMnN) have been studied. The formula is Pb0.95Sr0.05[(Mn1/3Nb2/3)x(Zr0.52Ti0.48)1-x]O3 and the value of x changes from 0.03 to 0.07(x=0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06 0.07). The experiment results suggest that all the samples formed single perovskite structure analyzed by XRD, and with the increase of PMnN, tetragonal phase decreased, tripartite phase increased, and the value of c/a decreased. The dielectric constant epsivT 33 /epsiv0 , piezoelectric constant d33, mechanical quality factor Qm and electromechanical coupling coefficient Kp obtained their optimum values respectively when x was 0.04, epsivT 33 /epsiv0 =1500 ~ 1600, d33=319pC/N, Qm=2900, Kp=0.594; at the same time, tandelta incereased gradually, when x was 0.04 its value was 0.3%; however, the Curie temperature Tc decreased gradually. The study focused on the elastic compliance coefficient SE 11 and piezoelectric stress coefficient e31 dependence of the PMnN content. The results revealed that with the incerease of PMnN, SE 11 as well as e31 decreased gradually, and when x was 0.04, SE 11 =7.73times10-13m2/N, e31=45 C/m2.
