Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The dynamic configuration of dynamic alliance is unstable. In order to deal with the relation and behavior of the members, it needs to establish an efficiency coordination mechanism of dynamic alliance to guide and restrict memberspsila behavior. A new coordination mechanism is presented in this paper. Trust degree is introduced to extend contract net. The suitable bidders can be selected by the manager directly and availably based the trust degree.
