Abstract :
On account of the torsion of water pipe and wire rope around the pile body during working, the dynamic characteristic analysis of the Pile Extractor components was analyzed and the natural frequency and formation characteristics were studied by using finite element method. The fundamental reason of the torsion of water pipe and wire rope is caused by the nature structure of the Pile Extractor component. To overcome this defect, Pile Extractor with gaps cannot fundamentally solve this problem, only to change the inherent structure of Pile Extractor. Therefore, the original Pile Extractor with its gap matched the corresponding removable parts, connected together with bolts, can effectively overcome the torsion phenomenon. The results make a contribution to the further use of the equipment.
