This paper uses the distributed parallel processing paradigm and the nonlinearity feature of the cognize processing construct the model of social information process for the aggressive driver. The driverpsilas ability of information processing was constrained by his physical condition and the experiences from the memory database under the social situation. They accepted a series of input of trail and their behavior reflect is a function of trial process. The reason for aggressive driver to attract other vehicles or process the problem of traffic environment with an attractive method is the bias during the processing of the environmental information or because of the low ability of social cognizing and skill. The social information processing for drivers include five proceduresrdquo assess-explain-search reflect-decide reflect-reflectrdquo the driver input the information in the environment through these five procedures until the aggressive behavior was emerged as a respond.
