Applying grid technology to ITSM of e-learning will greatly improve the reliability of e-learning. There are three levels in mechanism of grid-based ITSM mechanism: Hardware and the resource database, grid server system and userspsila portal. The appliance of the mechanism in an university is proven itpsilas efficiency.
